This piece was apart of an installation I curated along with my wife and daughter in our hometown Memphis, TN called “CHOPP SHOP: A Barber Exposé”. The exhibition offers an in depth exploration behind the history of barbers, hair artistry, women and male hair hygiene, and the overall therapy that lies underneath it all. Through film photography and other creative expressions, the work presents a sense of connection with the community.
